The Deluxe Doctoral Gown

Your choice of black velvet or Ph.D. blue velvet is standard
on these gowns. If you would prefer a different color velvet
(such as J.D. Purple; MD Hunter, Ed.D. Light blue, etc.),
we can make it special for you for an additional $30.00 per
gown. If you would like the gown fabric in a color other than
black, the additional charge would be $75.00.
Prices shown above are for standard sized gowns. For full
figured gowns (Plus sizes), please add $30.00 per plus
sized gown. Plus sizing adds an additional 10 inches of material
in the girth.
Please allow approximately 8 weeks for delivery of special made
gowns, but need it sooner than 8 weeks, we may be able to
send you a generic faculty loaner doctoral gown which you
could return upon receipt of your custom gown.
Don't forget your tam! If you
are purchasing a VIP Economy, Classic, or Deluxe gown, and
you do not purchase a tam at the time of your order, then
a VIP Economy Mortarboard Cap will be sent to you with your
order.

The Classic Doctoral Gown
A superior quality, fully tailored gown, priced

- Classic styling similar to rental gowns,
but of superior quality
- Two wide front pleats, two smaller side
pleats, and fluted across the back and shoulders.
- Fluting provides fullness to the body of
the robe and the sleeves

The VIP Economy Souvenir Doctoral Gown
Our
VIP Souvenir gowns are traditionally styled with velvet front
velvet panels starting at the yoke of the gown, and finishing
at the hem. They also feature full sleeves with three velvet
stripes (chevrons) on each arm.
Gowns
in black with black velvet are usually available for immediate
shipment.
Additionally, we offer quantity discounts
on these gowns.
The price will depend upon the quantity of caps and gowns
(sets) being purchased.
Each set comes individually wrapped with
a cap, gown, and tassel.
Hoods
are not included with the set. Order
